RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 10 days from receiving your order. Any return that is initiated after this 10 day period will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Jewelry must be unworn with the tags still attached, products will be inspected upon arrival, If products are not in resalable condition, your refund will not be processed. From the time we receive the returned product, it will take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
Sale items may be returned for store credit only.
At this time we do not offer free return shipping; it is at the cost of the customer. Please consider tracking the parcel as we cannot refund an order that we haven't received.
If your order was damaged during shipping please report it immediately to email@example.com or contact us through our contact page.
We do not process exchanges but instead treat them as new orders. If you would like to exchange an item please check out our return policy and then place your new order.
